Passenger Transport Agreement2
1. Parties
This Passenger Transport and Service Agreement (Agreement) is made between "EUROPE MEDİCİNE TURKEY SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" (hereinafter referred to as "İstanbul Shuttle Line"), operating at "Mecidiyeköy Mah. Raşit Rıza Sk. Yıldırım İş Hanı No: 3 İç Kapı No: 18 Şişli / İstanbul", and passengers who make a reservation through www.istanbulshuttleline.com and/or on whose behalf a reservation is made (hereinafter referred to as "Passenger").
Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, İstanbul Shuttle Line and Passenger shall be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".
2. Subject
With this Agreement, the Parties have agreed on the provision of transfer services purchased by passengers for airport transfers within the borders of Turkey, before and after flights, in the directions of airport-address or address-airport with the specified vehicles, and the collection of this service for the specified fee by İstanbul Shuttle Line, within the framework of the following Agreement conditions.
3. Service and Payment Information
3.1. The contract price includes VAT and is specified in the service details.
3.2. I accept that İstanbul Shuttle Line will collect all fees for the transfer service I have received and/or will receive with this Agreement through the credit card I will enter on the IYZICO screen, and I authorize İstanbul Shuttle Line to make the credit card withdrawal in this regard.
3.3. The period for issuing an invoice for the purchased service is 7 days including the date of purchase, provided that it does not skip a month as per V.U.K. (Tax Procedure Law).

4. General Provisions
4.1. The Passenger is obliged to act in accordance with all kinds of legislation, especially the Highway Traffic Law, and is obliged to comply with all kinds of rules such as wearing a seat belt and obeying safety rules in the vehicle within the framework of the legislation.
4.2. When the Passenger purchases the transfer service with a credit card or bank card, they have accepted the written terms of the relevant contract even if they have not signed the user service contract.
4.3. In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this Agreement, the Passenger must have made a reservation at least 2 hours before the transfer time. For religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve and other official holidays, reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the Passenger up to 24 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the service fee paid by the Passenger will be refunded. No refund will be made for reservation cancellations made outside the specified periods.
4.4. In all travel services, the Passenger does not have the authority to change the route. Requests by the Passenger to stop at a different location between the determined route and to be waited for a while at this location are not accepted. In VIP transfer service, different point requests other than the route(s) specified in the contract are charged for each different point.
4.5. İstanbul Shuttle Line is obliged to allocate a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and baggage volume determined by the passenger at the time of purchasing the transfer service, with all evaluation authority belonging to it. İstanbul Shuttle Line accepts and undertakes that all vehicles to be allocated for the service subject to this Agreement will have their individual accident and seat insurances fully completed, their periodic maintenance will be done within their periods, and materials such as spare tire, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflector, which are mandatory to be present in the vehicle, will be available. İstanbul Shuttle Line will not be responsible for any damages in case the customer suffers physical or material damage or the transported goods are damaged due to any traffic accident or other reason that may occur during the transfer. The customer irrevocably accepts and declares in advance that İstanbul Shuttle Line will not have any liability arising from Article 66 of the Code of Obligations and other provisions of the legislation in such a case.
4.6. Apart from the acceptance by İstanbul Shuttle Line of the passenger and baggage information declared by the passenger at the purchase stage, passengers or baggage exceeding the limits accepted by İstanbul Shuttle Line cannot be accepted into the vehicle. If the Passenger renounces the transfer service for this reason, no refund will be made.
4.7. If necessary, the passenger is obliged to document to the vehicle personnel who will carry out the transfer that they are the customer who purchased the service, with identification documents issued by legal authorities and the reservation document. The transfer of the customer who does not fulfill this obligation will not be made. However, if İstanbul Shuttle Line is convinced that the owner of the credit card with which the reservation was made consents to the Passenger receiving this service, it may allow the Passenger to benefit from this service.
4.8. İstanbul Shuttle Line is not responsible for the loss or damage of any belongings forgotten in the vehicle by the customer during the transfer. The passenger must immediately contact the İstanbul Shuttle Line call center on the day they realize they have forgotten their belongings in the vehicle. If the forgotten item is found, the passenger is obliged to collect their item from the address notified to them. If the passenger requests, the forgotten item can be delivered by İstanbul Shuttle Line to the address specified by the passenger for a fee.
4.9. İstanbul Shuttle Line does not accept sacks, chests, parcels, etc. as baggage in its transfer vehicles. The passenger has a baggage allowance of a maximum of 1 handbag and 1 suitcase per person (Handbag should not exceed 8 kg, suitcase accompanying the passenger should not exceed 32 kg). The passenger accepts, undertakes and declares that there are no flammable, combustible, explosive, narcotic, flowing, odorous, radioactive and any substance prohibited to be transported and possessed by T.R. legislation in the baggage subject to transfer. If the presence of the listed substances in the baggage is noticed by the driver, the said baggage will not be accepted into the vehicle. In addition, in these cases, the passenger cannot claim any receivables or rights against İstanbul Shuttle Line under any name. If the presence of the substances listed above in the baggage is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the competent official authorities by İstanbul Shuttle Line. If the presence of the listed substances is not noticed by the driver and is detected by stopping and searching the vehicle by law enforcement forces during the transfer; any damage and loss incurred by İstanbul Shuttle Line and/or any person for this reason will be immediately compensated by the passenger in cash and in full.
4.10. Pet transfers in our transfer vehicles are made with prior information during the reservation in a secure cage so as not to disturb other passengers. Only cats, dogs, small songbirds are transported as pets. Cage dimensions should be maximum 23*40*55.
Passenger information
- 4.11.1. Reservation information or preliminary information about the service purchased by the passenger will be shared via e-mail and/or SMS. The passenger is responsible for the accuracy of the phone and e-mail information provided by them. İstanbul Shuttle Line cannot be held responsible if the said contact information is incorrect and the information does not reach the passenger.
- 4.11.2. For purchased shared transfers, the estimated pick-up time will be shared with the passenger via e-mail and/or SMS 12 hours before the transfer following the services. In VIP service, service will be provided according to the pick-up and drop-off time determined by the passenger.
4.12. For transfers from a certain point to the airport; İstanbul Shuttle Line declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be at the determined point at the transfer time. Notification is made to the Passenger by e-mail and SMS before the determined transfer date and time. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes of the transfer vehicle from the transfer time notified to the Passenger, excluding any extraordinary situation, unexpected event, force majeure, flood, hail, rain, traffic congestion, etc. reasons, will be considered a reasonable delay. At transfer points such as sites, collective housing; İstanbul Shuttle Line is not responsible if the 20 (twenty) minute delay period is exceeded due to site security guards preventing the vehicle from entering the site. If 20 (twenty) minutes are exceeded in this way and the Passenger does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be made. The Passenger must be present at the determined point with their baggage at the transfer time. If the Passenger is not present at the transfer point at the transfer time, the vehicle allocated to İstanbul Shuttle Line is obliged to wait for the passenger for 5 (five) minutes. If the Passenger does not reach the determined point with their baggage at the end of 5 (five) minutes, the vehicle has no further obligation to wait. The time notifications of İstanbul Shuttle Line's operation, call center and drivers will be binding for the parties.
4.13. In case of delays or any other reason exceeding 2 (two) hours, İstanbul Shuttle Line's obligation to keep a vehicle waiting at the airport is eliminated. In shared transfers, the transfer is carried out by İstanbul Shuttle Line according to the appropriate time and vehicle availability. In VIP service, the service is carried out by allocating a suitable vehicle by İstanbul Shuttle Line.
4.14. Due to operational reasons at the airports, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes. In cases of departure from an address, there is a 15-minute delay right.
5. Cancellation - Refund Conditions
5.1. If the times specified in this Agreement have passed and/or the conditions are not met, the right of cancellation cannot be used and İstanbul Shuttle Line will not issue a refund.
5.2. If you have made your reservation through İstanbul Shuttle Line's website, mobile application, or call center, you can make changes and cancellations through any of the online sales channels or the call center with your Reference Code and identification information.
İstanbul Shuttle Line may unilaterally cancel the reservation and/or transfer due to unexpected circumstances, force majeure, natural disasters, hail, flood, traffic accidents, etc. In this case, if there is no fault attributable to it, no refund will be made.
5.3. Passengers who request cancellation for their transfer less than 24 hours before the shared transfer, less than 24 hours before the VIP transfer, or after the transfer time, despite having a reservation, are considered no-show passengers. In this case, no refund will be made.
5.4. No cancellation, change, or refund is made for any reason for the promotional product purchased by the passenger.
Financial losses, commission fees, etc., that arise or will arise from refund transactions for payments made by credit card and that will be imposed on İstanbul Shuttle Line by the Republic of Turkey, banks, or banking institutions will be deducted from the money to be refunded to the Passenger.
5.5. Cancellations for reservations purchased in installments are refunded to the card account from which the payment was made, again in installments.
If the reservation is canceled by İstanbul Shuttle Line for any reason, the Passenger will be notified of this situation as soon as possible.
5.6. İstanbul Shuttle Line will not have any responsibility if the Passenger does not comply with the obligations in this Agreement and/or if the reservation is canceled due to any fault and/or negligence of the Passenger and/or if the service is not received. Therefore, all legal rights of İstanbul Shuttle Line are reserved, apart from the collection of the service fee.
5.7. Rules to be followed during journeys with İstanbul Shuttle Line;
- No alcohol or drugs should be consumed in the vehicle during the journey
- Avoid actions that may distract the driver
- Do not speak loudly in the vehicle
- Respect the rights of other passengers and do not disturb anyone
- Do not eat in the vehicle during the journey
- Avoid actions that may endanger the safety of the journey
- Know and fulfill the obligation to wear a seat belt during the journey
- Damaging the vehicle (If the passenger damages the vehicle, the cost of the damage will be invoiced to the passenger).
